(The only minor complaint I have is that the flours were covered in light white dust, probably a gluten flour because those are usually not packaged tightly, so I washed it off with soap and water, I hope that was enough to prevent cross-contamination; if the dust was there before you got the product I understand that you can't do anything about it, otherwise I'd ask you to be careful when handling gluten and non-gluten products and keep them separate after they arrive)
