Packaging was insufficient and chocolate was received in 100 pieces.

Not only was the chocolate not broken (it is thin slices) it was fresh and delivered early!
The customer service is by far better than anything I have ever ordered online.
My Danish son, who lost his mon at 5 1/2 loves this and is thankful for the memories it makes.
