    Having lived in the US since 2002, there a something's you will always miss as a Dane. Number one for me is Reybred (Rugbroed) Nordisk Import has saved my craving by offering AMO bread mix. I bake it and after slicing, freeze it down in individual 4 packs.

    Difficult to find outside Northern Europe. Typical Danish and German Rye mix. Easy to make, super mix, but needs fresh yeast to work well
