    Excellent Cheese. A solid medium with some real flavor. Not dry at all. Slices well.

    Superb cheese. excellent vacuum packaging, and smooth delivery. Shipping not cheap though!

    Love this cheese so much! So happy you carry it. Haven’t had it since my aunt sent it over from Denmark years ago.
